- Added a +100 tolerance modifier to make your vassals like you (replaces the vassal treaty bonus I removed in the previous update)
- Gifting vassals (or anyone else) settlements no longer affects relationships with third parties
- Removed diplomacy bonuses from Fudging Vassals vassalization and events so that they no longer cause penalties from third parties.
the other nations are fine.
but I like to have many vassals, and my relations with them are deteriorating a lot.
I play with steam offline.
for a week my relations with my vassals were on the rise
but since the update it's down sharply I don't know why :(

Letting it run for a few more turns the faction I'm observing doesn't decrease attitude with me which is good but the attitude also doesn't rise like the game says it should (even if its just 35->37)
