If you're using pointshop1, you'll need to write your own lua for the plugin, so check out the documentation for yourself: https://pointshop.burt0n.net/getting-started

In the case of no pointshop, you can unzip the lua and find the weapons lua by yourself, and globally search for SWEP.InLoadoutFor to modify the parameters behind it.
