- Reduced mod size
Has been re-scaled and updated to match the changes performed on the original on 23 Sep @ 12:28pm
- As in the original, the descriptor has been updated to support update 1.34.2
Nothing else about the original has been changed as far as I could tell so It's entirely possible you'll get blank events if you have the new Lions of the North DLC enabled in your campaign 🫡
Changed the name in the descriptor file so it no longer conflicts with an installation of the original
I was also a bit puzzled for why the local mod, with zero difference to the workshop upload, was functioning just fine while the workshop one wasn't on my end, so this answer just saves me a lot of time
I'll be updating the mods' descriptor files in hope of preventing this problem from occurring again
its an issue if you are still subscribed to the original mod, its some kind of weird caching behavior of steam, unsubscribing to the original fixes it, so it might be some oddity with the descriptor file.
similar issues with the other mods (e.g. gme)
I've just redownloaded the workshop mod so I can try and replicate it from my end
Sorry, I wasn't clear enough on how these are supposed to be used.
I forgot to mention that the 4K Patches should be loaded in alone, and not in conjunction with their original respective mods. You're having that issue because the original is overwriting the files (like the upscaled event window) and dependencies that are in this one.
Maybe it would've been more appropriate to call them 2160p versions rather than "patches" 😅
So, yeah! Just completely remove the original TGE from your playlist and it should be fixed. Let me know then if you're still having this problem and I'll look more into it :)
