@Michus @Alexgardien Well, i guess this modification made for my bois, and we using it for regular soldiers, so they have no need in taking any meds, just ifak where is already everything what they need. We have an idea to make several med kits for different situations as well as AFAK where can be everything for medics. But i guess i need to wait for Fluffy to make it and then i'll change something in here. But yeah it is possible to add everything, even ammunition grenades and food.

I'd like to get option for adding pulseoximeter to the pouch if there is any way to add it :)
