I was close to beating this Paint The Town Red level until a shotgun enemy came at me and i died Rip. A really good level. I will make sure to attempt this again.

Perhaps you are just using the wrong strategy against him. Practicing and setting up a good strategy could perhaps help you beating the shotgun enemy.

I've played this level myself several times, and i either just threw weapons at him until he died or i just used berserk when i was right next to him.

Also his health is only set to 10. That is still much lower than the health the Katana Boss have
(Katana Boss have 15 health points, its just that weapons like the Pimp Cane & Nunchaku deal alot more damage to him than many other not-so-powerful weapons does)

why the author give the shotgun man a high health? one sword, one machete, one shotgun fire and one barbell bar hit on his head but can't kill him, stronger than disco boss, that makes this map worse

Sound more like a game bug rather than an issue with my level. Because he is not invincible, He have alot of health, and he can survive brain damage and have an Unbreakable skeleton due to he is one of the two level bosses.
(The other boss being the Big guy near the Bench pressing contenst who has way more health than the Shotgun guy)

I saw atleast two Youtubers who managed to kill him. One berserk punched him to death. and the other just keept throwing weapons at him til he died.

The Shotgunner guy is not invincible. his health is set to 10. he is one of the boss characters along with the big guy.

And no. i'm not changing his weapon. you just need to keep your distance from him and throw weapons at him(Which is how i beat him). The reason you are likely to get insta-killed is if all the bullets hits you when you are too close.

The Weapon Damage is set to 0.25. in my St. Wreckington Park level it was on its Default setting. Also be aware that the guy is wielding a ''Shotgun''. which works best at close range.

Played this for 15 min then got one shot with a fu*king shotgun
Looks like the same happened to the guy bellow me
Maybe remove ranged weapons from them and dont ake them invincible

I FUCKING LOVE THIS LEVEL

I FUCKING LOVE IT WHEN I KILL 200 ENEMIES IN THE MARKETS AND GET ONE-SHOT BY SOME INVINCIBLE GUY NEAR A TRUCK HOLDING A SHOTGUN, EVEN THOUGH THE DESCRIPTION SAYS THE DAMAGE IS REDUCED
