This something else, especially considering I have seen a lot of pyrovision stuff but not have a lot of stuff related to Team Fortress 2 lore.

Is too bright, and why heavy? and not Pyro?, Knowing that canonically he's the only one can see everything Pyrovision, and it would not look bad since at least it is an alternative to the ballonicorn.

Maybe if it actually had colors that matched the original sprite? The pure white is obnoxious and eye-searing. The rest of it just looks like a generic cutesy cat head and doesn't resemble the original sprite a whole lot.
