@Decomposed: I am playing a Gorbad campaign and I noticed some issues with the additional units/characters and Da Planz:
- Savage Orc warboss doesn't get access to Da Planz (everything is locked)
- The additional heroes (orc big bos/savage orc big boss...) don't count in the 3 characters requirements for the "Regimental" plan (which is one of the best one)
- Orc big boss doesn't allow to slot the "lead the charge" Plan to activate (only the Black Orc Big Boss does). I would think that melee orc characters on a boar should all grant the Plan.

Would it be possible to make a pass at the Planz and perhaps allow for alternative requirements fitting the new units?

@Decomposed Yeah, they did! Not many, but some. You could check TotalWarhammerPlanner for them or just start a Greenskins campaign and recruit characters to look at them. I believe only River Troll Hags and maybe Night Goblin Warbosses didn't get anything at all, the rest either got a few isolated skills or a skill line. There might also be some stuff hidden away in the game files according to said planner, but I don't know how accurate that is.

I would like to second what ss7877 and miniaaar have said. The Savage Orc Big Boss is the odd one out and should preferably be recruited from the Savage Orc building.
On a different note, are you planning to add unique personal skill lines on par with the ones most Greenskins characters got with Omens of Destruction?

Thanks for the update @Decomposed. Finally can start my Wurzagg campaign and use those tasty Savage Orcs characters and Savage giant.

I concurr with @ss7877, from a roleplay and consistency with Vanilla experience, it would make more sense to have the Savage Orc Big Boss (hero level) recruitable via the Savage Orc building instead of the regular/black orcs one.

Any chance by the way to have the starting Wurzagg Giant changed from a Vanilla one to a Savage one via the mod? (or somebody to create a quick sub-mod)?

Agreed about lords.

But lords do not depend from buildings chains in settlements. That's why I'm talking about heroes. For Goblin/Night Goblin Big Boss CA specially use different building chains. Therefore, a different building chains for Orc/Savage Orc Big Boss and will be vanilla style.

But I have one suggestion. Move Savage Orc Big Boss from Orc bulding chain to Savage Orc building chain, In my opinion, it would be better both from the point of view of logic, and when role-playing with savage orcs without ordinary ones.

Ah, so this one's the problem child eh? I guess that makes sense what with the greenskins getting a big rework. Can't wait to get back to my Archaon campaign! But, this downtime has given me the unexpected chance to try the Empire and Mousillon Campaigns. Fun stuff. And Sceolan too with one of the new mods for woodelves. Something kingdoms.

in all honesty its fine with crossbows, even if they get a good tier unit with AP, just make em orcish, like not the best accuracy as its only some few SMORT bois trying to use this contraption, as long as they are not up there with other endgame range units as they are just orcs and they arent really the most ranged guys ever, it should be fine eh?

personally i think giving rugluds bois AP and then the standard xbow being added none AP but better dmg than arrer bois will be fine and more greenskin like.

I don't know, people think if xbows are added they are forced to use them. Options for players = bad. People are caring about lore like CA/GW haven't butchered it already by adding End Times units.

I, personally, have no qualms with the crossbows for Orks. It especially makes sense for Gorbad Ironclaw, who is one propa smart Ork.
