Added command !togglehud for the host of the server. Will force the HUD off if it's bugged.

I don't plan on adding onto the mod or making any major changes currently. If I were to make any changes it would likely be adding more cards in the future, or trying to fix the jank localization.

Regarding the HUD are you sure the entire team is using all of their card picks? I cannot replicate the issue myself, but I can look into adding a new chat command to force the HUD to hide.

Well this mod defintely better than the B4B. Maybe you add the classic speciel infecteds for the variaty?
Btw lot of times, the hud frezze on the screen. What did we do wrong?

The HUD should disappear automatically after the survivors leave the saferoom, *or* they all pick their cards. You can use the !autohidehud command to switch the functionality.

A common complaint in Back 4 Blood was that the infected variants didn't have enough visually distinguishing features, or that they were too subtle. Since this mod is intended as a parody of B4B we attempted to emulate the same issue, for better or worse. :)

Btw I love this mod, sometimes a little bit chaotic, but good. Can you make the different variants speciels a different color code? Bc we cannot recognise them perfectly.

Is there a way to maybe select cards for certain bots?(i.e !botCoachpick !botBillpick) I play on higher difficulties a lot and sometimes quad stacking certain cards like Boss Killer or Lucky Shot can make even Advanced and Expert pretty easy. Just asking for the challenge

I was working on getting Spanish translation and I'll try to get it uploaded soon. There unfortunately will likely be issues with the text not fitting properly due to limitations with the user interface. I also cannot guarantee the translations will be accurate.

When it is implemented you will be able to switch the language with the "!language es" command

Absolutely love this mod the only thing I hate is the barbed wire you can find and place down always spawns on top of the player killing you almost instantly not sure if it's a bug or intended otherwise tho great mod

When you say single player campaign are you trying to launch it in the regular campaign mode? Since it is a mutation you will need to select this mode in the mutations menu.

Really like the idea but this mod did not work for me, regardless of using with or without other mods.
Every time I tried this, always in a single-player campaign, no HUD appeared staring to select cards, using the commands on text chat did nothing and the developer console states that the commands are not recognized.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong or just don't know how to use this mod.

It's a roughly 10% chance to see the card per level, but it did show up last time I was playing. The grenade delay seems to be related to how Trigger Happy was working so I'll be disabling the card until the issue is fixed.

FWIW I've restored the old functionality where the HUD will automatically hide after survivors leave the start, but the host can toggle this behavior with this chat command: !autohidehud

Comment below is correct. We experimented having it go away a few seconds after exiting the saferoom, but we found a lot of custom maps don't actually setup saferooms properly. This caused the HUD to go away during the cutscene or when players were picking cards.

I did two runs. One on Easy and on Normal (Dark Carnival and No Mercy respectively) and it was always a Breaker. Take your time though. I don't mind the challenge

Are you playing on Expert difficulty? On Expert you're guaranteed 1 boss (type is random), on top of the potential to get a boss card. If it's the same type of boss it is likely a bug, but I'll look into it when I'm home regardless.

I tried this mod around the time it first came out and thought it was a really funny mutation despite its difficulty. I finally came back around to trying it again after all the updates and I absolutely love the direction this has taken. Excellent work :ridden_thumbsup:! Are there any plans to add more player cards?

I put some (very) rough descriptions for the corruption cards on Github. Added a link in the description. We used to have a chat command for card descriptions, but it felt too cluttered/hard to read ingame. Might be worth adding back at some point

Unfortunately that's just a side effect of how I've had to prevent the tongue from being visible. I'm trying to figure out an alternate solution to make the tongue invisible without altering the texture.

Thank you! A lot of work has been done on it in the past months by Derpduck especially. Bots not running out of spit is unfortunately something we've not been able to solve. It's due to forcing the spit to spawn with vscript which doesn't mark navmesh as damaging. It's an issue I'm keeping in mind though.

Came back to this mod and it's honestly a lot better than before. My only gripe is that bots don't seem to run out of the spit made from acid commons and retches (but im assuming that its a limitation of the mod) aside from that, its a really good mod

If you put the VPK for the addon in the dedicated servers addon folder you should be able to load the mutation on the server. You should just be able to use the mm_force_dedicated_servers command and then create a regular lobby to force it to connect to your server. I'm not too knowledge about that though.
