默认情况下，除了高等精灵，每个种族都需要军事联盟，才能够建造2、3本的哨站。但与AI的军事联盟往往是一种负担，而不是一种好处，因为它们很容易发动不必要的战争。这个mod改变了对所有级别前哨的要求，只需要防御联盟。

Ok this is great, thank you! I didn't get to enjoy outposts because I rarely bothered with military alliances but now I can!
