I love how this looks,I really do, but I really don't think it should be added due to the fact that it is almost identical to using Pro KS effect. Having this item really destroys the point of building up a killstreak to earn an effect, when this just gives it to you instantly . This would clip horribly with the Pro KS effects when combined. Even if it was Halloween restricted I would still say no, but if KS effects didn't exist then I would be 100% on board with this. One last thing is that it doesn't really fit a "cosmetic", as its just a particle effect. TL:DR - Great idea and execution, but it already exists as a feature, and adding it would be a horrible idea
