love the build just cant place in my zoo sadly says terrain modifcation failed

So I have tried placing in as many positions as possible, in sandbox and franchise (and a bonus try in a diorama) and it will not place. The error message is usually "Terrain Modification Failed", but "Obstructed" appear frequently as well. Perhaps reuploading the blueprint could work? It is a very pretty build that I would love to use.

Hi everyone, I really don't know why some of you seem to have issues with placing down the reptile house. I've tested it myself in both sandbox and franchise mode and it all seems to work fine on my end :) If it's locked in franchise mode, you maybe still need to research certain building themes or certain enrichment items :)

I can't use this for some reason in franchise mode, even though I have everything researched :C

No matter what position I use I can't place the house anywhere

I reasearched everything in Franchise and im still not able to place the Reptile House, so sad i like the building really
