Love everything, except where those toxic tubes are placed on his arms. Feel like they would of been better off on the back elbow part, or somewhere else.

It pains me to downvote this, because this really is top-quality work, but unfortunately as someone else pointed out this is absolutely takes a big ol stink on the lore of the hero.
Maybe in the future Valve will add a Keen-built mecha dragon and the design or parts of it can be repurposed there.

Looks great, but can't upvote. Too much of a lore stretch. Doesn't fit for a hero like Venomancer to make him a mecha
