also i love how every voiceline appears as what they actually say instead of (combine radio: shitting) in the subtitles
for those who don't know, shotgunners are just combine soldiers with a different skin and a shotgun instead of an smg or ar2. this is also true for elites, but they always have ar2s (except for the one in follow freeman with an smg). you cannot make one unit type have a different voice because they all share the same audio files.
- Have the Shotgunners use Combine Charger dialogue
- (This would probably work better as a separate mod) Randomise the Combine voices per-unit to use either default HL2 or Alyx.
If you could port this to HL2 MMOD then that would be fantastic.
Except the NPC firing sound, which I recreated myself because I didn't like the one from that mod
Sometimes killing a Combine Soldier won't play Flatine sound so they die without... making noise
