These colors do not match Medic's color pallette, nor any other pallette in the game. Also it just doesn't really scream a sense of regality or royalty, which I assume is the aesthetic you're going for.

I believe it would be better for the vest to have some more team coloration. Pure neutral colors have their place in TF2, Sniper, Heavy and Demoman have neutral colored vests, but it has to be balanced.
On closer inspection there IS a minor color variation between red and blue on this one, but I'd suggest to make it more prominent.
