any plans to update? multitasking is dead with this enabled

compatibility works but, The employee is not able to work on several tasks at the same time with the mod activated. in the old version it was much more functional

Yes, I locked neutral trait and was hoping that would solve some compatibility issues but I guess it's not it. Maybe I will implement this feature via Trainer instead. Thanks for the input!

So I made a new game and upon checking the mod, it locked the trait to only super focus, unable to click any other trait, unchecking it made it possible for again to choose the others aside from stated trait, might wanna check it out

Does not work. And it actually only makes things worse. Although it seems like with this mod it is written that compatibility is 400%, if you open the character tab, you can see that the scale is 100%.
But these are trifles - the main thing is that it breaks the hiring of new employees, because it adds 1 negative trait to all characters on the recruiting list.
