Sorry, I generally don't take direct requests, only suggestions.
Even so, I don't particularly like to recolour vanilla factions often, this one was pretty much an exception.
On top of that I don't even have access to Warhammer 2 data since I have uninstalled it a long time ago, which means that I can't check the exact RGB faction values either.
Try to ask to someone who mainly make faction recolour mods like Pumpkin Goblin or other modders like him.

hey, can you do a recolour of Kroq gar's faction? give them red and white tattoos to resemble the "children of the old ones" minor subfaction in TWW2?
