@Stompie5, no problem if she would be available only for Caledor or some minor (Tor Elithis or one of the citadels) - it will make them quite unic)

@Typher If you want, I think I can make a little script for you that should allow the AI to recruit her, if the player isn't a High Elf faction. I'd have to look over the mod a bit to be sure though. Just let me know if you're interested

The AI does not recruit her. Since she can be recruited from several fractions, it messes up her availability if the AI recruits her first.

I had no problem recruiting her as normal in a playthrough with like 150+ mods. I'm guessing either you guys are running something that conflicts, or you need to force an update because you have a corrupted download.

Can't recruit her normally, unless I spawned her with console commands as @nc97fan pointed out.

So I still can't see or recruit her, every other legendary lord mod works but this Queen doesn't show up. Oddly enough, the units do but not her. What am I missing?

I have a rooga mod, but it isn't finished.
he's recruitable by the high elves and a few more fractions, but like I said he isn't finished.

Is there anyway someone can update the Mighty Rooga for Warhammer 3. He was my favourite Legendary Character for the dragon queen in Warhammer 2.
