This could be good. If the model is simplified just a bit it'd help a lot. I also think that scarf shouldn't be paintable. That changes a bit too much of the color of a player and makes it harder to tell enemy from ally.

This doesn't fit tf2's style at all. The edges are too close together, and it just looks too busy. The idea is there, and I like the idea of the other style, but this isn't modeled correctly imo. Also, I feel as though the metal is too bright & saturated, and it reminds me of the batter's bracers.

This isn't a bad idea, it just look stylized at all; looks like a fortnite skin or something. 5/10
