Its an very good locking and working sub. I love it. In theorie its broken but when you level it out with the dive plans its good. Very good job

The creator said that hes working on it so maybe it'll get fixed.

Its on the second controll room screenshot top-left. You need to air bank compressor and the high pressure air banks valve to keep blowing the water out of the tanks

where is the air compresser?

If you have the game on steam just download the old version through steam console and use steamDB for getting the commands or just run the aircompressor the whole time and you will be fine.

Hello ! I'm aware that the last changes brought to the game may have broke this creation, unfortunately, I won't be able to fix it anytime soon. I am very sorry to see that this submarine is no longer usable, and I hope that the situation will quickly become more stable, once the fluid system will receive a definitive update, I'll maybe try to take a look at how to fix this.

yeah the aft ballast fills with water immediately stopping you from sailing properly
