I was about to give this a thumbs up until i saw it shoehorned in jigglebones for no reason, would've looked way better if the hat didnt bounce around like its made of helium :(

There's a lot of top hats in the game already which is why I usually downvote items like that but this one is actually original and comes with the cool hair and bow tie. I like it.
