A 3080 should be more than good enough and if it isn't then i would wager one need more RAM or a better CPU and not a better GPU. I run this @4k with several texture enhancing mods while using an RTX 4070 SUPER and i barely notice any fps drops unless the battle is colossal in scale against ratmen that doesn't rly exist.

This mod will drop your fps by arround 10 to 15%, so if you already have under 40 fps in game, i would suggest not to use this mod

Is there any reason this would conflict with blood mods? Did you make it so you can see blood stains on the ground from further away as well?

This mod does affect all objects in the game, but not shadows

This affects shadows? I'm not familiar with what's the scope of LoD
