Sadly I think the halloween deadline is long past due lol
Pyro in general is a blank state. All we know is he loves fire, and sees the world as cute animals and pretty colors. Pyro befriending and carrying around a huge friendly lizard seems in character to me. Especially for Halloween, but we may just have to agree to disagree.
It's the sort of thing I'd expect to see in Fortnite, a game specifically engineered to lack a clear identity, with cosmetic inclusions requiring no justification besides "people will want it."
I feel that we should be seeking to maintain a higher bar for Team Fortress, if only out of respect for the game's original identity and setting. I know it's restrictive, but it's also the only thing that keeps the game stylistically unique.
