@intertriarriiae their's a reason why you need to update your mods, as for this one it ain't show neither the exalted bloodthirster nor skarbrandm, fix it.

To be more specific, the Butchers of Kharneth (intensity ability) and Reavers of the Bloody Path (perfect vigour) doesn't work on the RoR. Unfettered Fury and Lords of the Blood hosts are still working on the RoR. Looking forward for your update. Thank you

This mod doesn't work with the new Bloodthirster RoR in patch 2.2. If possible, can you update it please? Thank you for your effort. I love this mod

This sounds good, maybe Kholek and his dragon ogres would also benefit from something like this?
