you want to replace one of the existing portraits rather than adding a new one though. You also wanna try and only mod the files under the gfx folder for it to be ironman compatable

Is there a guide anywhere to learn how to do this? There are a few portraits i would replace with others

Finally can use the beautiful mermaids without sacrificing the ability to get achievements! ^^

This is an excellent idea. I use Etiluos's mods a lot and have greatly missed them while trying to unlock achievements.
