Idk when this new version will be out though to be honest.
I don't really know either but I will definitely keep in mind to look for it. If I find something, I'll let you know! Thanks for your mod, much appreciated, really!
Looks good, simple, as it should be. Thanks!
I know Half-Timbering is the correct terminology, but (as far as the parts of the US I've been to) a good amount of people in the States only know this style as "Tudor Walls"
As for those suggestions:
1. I didn't want to do stony cause it didn't make sense to build a frame from stone, but I'll absolutely patch those Rimefeller material types in.
2. Yeah, the beauty value might be a bit low. I was being conscious of balance, but compared to other mods' walls, mine is probably too low. Maybe I should put it up to 3 or so? I'll look into it.
3. Only the frames change colour. I tried making the whole wall change colour based on stuff, but I didn't like how it looked (which is why I added the different paint colours). If people really wanted I could maybe add a new one where the whole wall changes.
4. I don't think you can set insulation? I'm not sure.
Might I suggest the following, if you please?
1. Extend support for the Stuff to Stony and, if you have the Rimefeller Mod, Plastic and Composite Stuff.
2. Consider increasing the Beauty, if possible.
3. Do the walls change color based on the Stuff you use? If not, please consider making that happen, at least for the non-dyed walls.
4. If there is an insulation value for walls, you should increase it.
Is the patch you're talking about on the workshop somewhere, or is it a custom thing you made? I can't seem to find it. I'll look in to patching the patch if it's on the workshop.
As a "quick and dirty" fix you can delete the patches folder in the mod and it'll go back to using hay. I might look into it.
