Thank you!!! I AM COLORBLIND. My biggest issue is accidently using indusrty for residents. Green and Yellow is like Blue and Blue. Tell me which ones different?

@Chamëleon TBN: nice ty :-)
@Terminal Frost: ty, for me it's the color of high residential zones which was like invisible on most grass surfaces. It bothered me so much, and I did not find any other working mods which can change the colors. So I took the original Zone Colours mod and reactivated my long not used programming skills to solve the problem.
@grimwav7: do you mean the color of the district name text? Not yet possible but it's planned. See Ciar Aon's comments

Is it possible to change the color of individual districts?

Personally, I have no use for this mod, but I could see this being *incredibly* helpful to some people! Some mods improve a bit how the game plays; this mod can actually make the game *playable* for an entire group of people! Simply outstanding work!

@mm54321 - that what is implemented seems to work. Found no issues, code is okay too. Will add to CR as stable

District colors and UI buttons are on the roadmap now.

Those 3 districts sharing the same color value limits the usefulness but it'd still be nice to have an option for changing them regardless. I bet others would find the functionality helpful too.

As for this mod, everything works with my current P&P mod setup. I like that you can see the changes to your zone colors live when scrolling the color chart. Suggestions: a Close button on the UI panel so you don't have to use (or remember) a shortcut, and a button for Unified UI for the same reason.

@Ciar Aon: after a bit of confusion I found a way to change the colors of the district name, but it seems that the campus, airport and plaza districts share one color property means they will always have the same color. Would this still be a useful feature? Not sure about possible hacky ways to set an own color for every district, if anyone has an idea...

@Ciar Aon: wow the specialized districts have different text colors for each type, I never noticed that, now I can not play the game again until the colors can be changed XD I think this should be possible somehow, I will look into it whenever I find time

@Mr_Ablaze: thx
Madisonian 26 Sep, 2022 @ 8:25am
Would be nice if district names could also be color adjusted.
StayHungryStayFoolish 26 Sep, 2022 @ 5:51am
@Mr_Ablaze I do not recommend zoning at all. That's all. I am wishing you happy gaming.

@ StayHungryStayFoolish:
What a useless comment. Do you think the mod author or the rest of the communtiy cares if you use zoning?
StayHungryStayFoolish 26 Sep, 2022 @ 2:15am
I am not using zoning at all, so its coloring does not matter.
