I`m making a new update, and i managed to fix the neck issues, thanks for the tip!

You could fix the neck by dragging the shirt up in blender and fixing the weighting. you didn't need to combine the neck with another mesh. Or if you really want to you could drag the neck down which I wouldn't recommend.
