Textures are way too flat and I feel this doesn't fit TF2 too well.

I like the idea of this, but as other said the textures need work. Perhaps look at the mvm robots or other robot cosmetics to get a better idea on how improve on this

The textures are very, very generic. Put a little more effort in those, then you'll have a solid cosmetic.
