@Homia4ok I don't think MCM could change this behaviour since it isn't a campaign variable or script value but a db entry. I will probably just enable this behaviour by default in the next update since I feel that the costs of stacking them on one unit are so high that it's justifiable

Is it possible make all the upgrades available for each unit, not only 1? Like a choice in mod configuration tool, or a submod, etc. I know it would make some units too OP, but still :)

@砂锅粥 currently not planning to do so since it would make maintaining these a lot harder. Now if there is a problem with one mod I know exactly which faction to look at

@Arakin my guess then is that you are using another mod that swaps out the horsemasters, maybe for the chaos faction ones. I don't really know why it should do that, but it would most likely be a balance/gameplay overhaul for norsca

@Dirty Dan, also just tested using world walkers and console command to fast track region development. Built the appropriate building and directly recruited maurauder horsemasters with the issue persisting - can send screenshot if that helps?

@Arakin I just tested it with the world walkers and the horsemasters are getting their upgrades normally. Can you tell me which faction you played when you encountered the issue? And were those units recruited normally or through allied recruitment/events?

@Arakin might be related to there being 2 versions of horsemasters in the game. I added upgrades to the norsca horsemasters as I assumed those were the correct ones, but maybe CA changed norsca to actually recruit the chaos faction horsemasters. I will test it when I have time this weekend

Firstly thank you for your mod, its a great addition to the campaign. I wanted to check here first if anyone has a solution for my issue. so far the only unit this mod does not work for is the horsemasters. I checked the values on rpfm and everything looks fine so i thought id ask if anyone else came across something similar to this?

@SlySoldier18 I just tested it again and the upgrades seem to give the displayed amount at ultra unit size, so I assume it has to do something with that setting

I was playing on large unit size at the time. I switched to ultra after you mentioned that yesterday and nothing really changed at the time. I loaded in today and both tiers of the barrier are the same. Perhaps I need to completely restart my campaign?

@SlySoldier18 hmm I'm using CA's own hardcoded effects for the barrier, so normally it should work even if they decide to change something. Since the Barrier scales somewhat with the unit's max health, maybe they implemented a threshold that cannot be surpassed fo a certain amount of health. I will check on it later

Hello, I've been having an absolute blast using this in my current Norsca campaign. That being said,I've been having issues with the Eagle Scrap Upgrade. The Barrier Hit points are saying they're higher then they actually are. It says my Ice Trolls get "1,200" barrier hit points but in actuality it's "900". Same goes for the top tier upgrade on say some Fimir Warriors, It says "1,600" but is instead "1,200". Does this require an update or is it something on my end?

The regen from nurgle + magic attack/barrier of tzeetch upgrade outshine the other two drastically, especially khorne. I feel like khorne buff should be melee attack/armor piercing/weapon power/charge but -melee defense. Maybe make them % based like the slanesh speed one. Slanesh one could use some charge bonus to go with that devastating flanker? Really having fun with these

@litterarumsecunda I completely agree with your points, but I have to say that the perceived disparity between the mods was intentional. This mod for example is supposed to be weaker than most of the others because it only costs some treasury to upgrade the units and the upgrades have no drawbacks. The vampire counts upgrades for example increase the upkeep quite significantly while the wood elf or lizardmen upgrades aren't really available in large numbers in the early campaign. I was hoping those systems would get a unique feeling due to those differences

Not complaining, because I find your mods great and they add a fun new layer to both the strategic and the tactical part of the game, but I can't help but feel that they just aren't made equal. In particular, this Norsca one feels pretty underpowered compared to, say, the Lizardmen or Wood Elf ones, and those in turn feel pretty underpowered compared to the absolute craziness that is the stackable Vampire Count/Coast upgrades.
