The Ubermorph is from Dead Space, but it was mainly from Dead Space 2.

Its a variant of the three regenerating, unkillable Necromorphs, so like The Hunter from DS1/DS1 Remake, The afromentioned Ubermorph from DS2, & The Regenerator from DS3
