It defenitely shouldnt crash
Did you launch it along side the old mod? Submods require the parent mod alongside it
The "outdated" mark doesnt mean its defencive, it only means that i havent hit the update button for that patch

my game crashed, and original mod is old version. you need update for old mod ?
