I want to keep a "personnal military file" feel. While 156x210 would be too large, I think that I found a possible layout, with 130x175 portraits (scale 5/6, ie 83.33%).

I'll work on it when I have some time, possibly this weekend.
In this mod, portraits are exactly at 100% scale (ie the portraits have their native dimensions 156x210).
This means that changing it would result in either having smaller portraits (and I don't really want that) or using the game graphic engine to upscale them (we might lose sharpness).
Can you provide more information / a screenshot?
Please let me know if any bug appeared.

Pretty sure I fixed it, this is both of the modified files.
But here I have to say I'm impressed with how well the mod fits into the more complex style Paradox is taking with HOI, it's a great job, thanks for this mod!
Almost any mod is compatible with it, so what is the difference between loading another mod along with this one in a same playset, and including this mod inside that other mod?
If you still want to use the interface files and graphic ressources I created without changing anything, I don't see the point, but why not.
However you have to know that I like to sign my files and sometimes game objects, with a unique id. In this mod, I chose "lpfttw_" for "Larger Portraits for Trait Tree Window". I expect that the odds of another mod using the exact same filename and object identifiers signature is very very low, but if some modders include my files and/or scripts, without renaming everything, then they won't be unique anymore.
So what I am asking of you is to rename every file (.gfx, .dds, .png - not the .gui one: it's a Vanilla name) by changing "lpfttw_" and every spriteType by changing "GFX_lpfttw_".
