fix paint region and it would be great

this is a cool concept, I like the idea of Frankenstein's monster Medic, but there is a critical issue. his paint region is way too big and adds way too much visual noise, this is a bit more excusable as this is a Halloween cosmetic, but I would still consider changing the region to something smaller but still noticeable, like his collar.
