A bit dark, because it really hits home with the overall feel of the game, and would fit in with the vanilla aim of there being no cure

Another good one would be to have a setting to disable the antedote cure items, so it would be like in dying light with Antizin and how it doesn't cure it but extends it when you are infected, with the guides for the cure having been created, but the cure was never produced in time, giving some false hope if someone finds the antedote guidebook.

Really need an "intermediate" setting, I want to be able to find possible antidotes in medical buildings but not a guarantee every time. Almost every few zombies in this mode also seem always give u some type of pill to extend the zombification making things a lot easier.

would be nice to have a version between standard and hardcore because standard is too much but in hardcore i couldnt find any medicine or antidotes at all
