I could attempt to provide Polish translation if you're interested. I really enjoy this mod but I had some issues with cyrilic since it is not taught here anymore. Overall this mod is both very useful and fitting into the aesthetic of the game even if one isn't really focused on the soviet union because these military bases were built all over the warsaw pact states.

oh I'm a muppet, ignore me. I actually modded your mod ages ago for private use only to have the university tent in tech and medical variants too. your update overwrote my changes so that's why they were missing locally. apologies for the confusion :-) by the way, it IS a hugely useful mod, with or without those extra unis :-)

there are many changes and they have just begun... I will consider the introduction of different branches of military schools (specialized)... but for now, the rest of the structures are being checked... parking, parking their number, location of garbage cans, connections, etc. the main changes in realistic mode

that's really odd, because the communist headquaters tent is still there, but the technical and medical versions have been deleted from my game after the last update of the mod and are no longer listed under univeristy mods either.

out of curiosity, what did change in that update?

did the technical and medical university tents disappear with this mod's update today? that's a little bit annoying because it removes them from existing games. they, like the rest of this mod, have been incredibly useful, especially on challenging maps

Also, I'm wondering if the camp can bootstrap with only its own resources, or if it requires imported workers to get it started. All the buildings seem to need workers to be assembled. If that's the case, I'd like to suggest that the housing units come with their occupants. There are enough people to assemble them right away.

I've been trying to use the building for taking water from a lake, but I can't place it. It either says "this building cannot be built on water" or "Parts of this building must be built on water." Is there a trick to this, or is it just bugged?

I understand that there's a lot of cultural nuance, but, does this structure in your modification PERFORM all that? Is there any game mechanic to implement those functions? Is there something similarly complicated and arcane about a power generator or a water access point?
I think most of these objects could be labelled perfectly clearly in English. Does the game not support localization of mod names?

eatonpye, here's the thing.... there are some structures in the modification, for example: the premises of an official storing personal belongings of soldiers and their equipment, various household items and similar things are also stored there… This man is usually older than ordinary soldiers... he's like an American sergeant... very cunning and economic. There are many jokes and anecdotes about such people. This is a room: a warehouse - office. In this room, "dark" things are going on in the evenings and at night. When another person says one word to a Russian man who served in the army, he will understand that we are talking about this room.... that's how I can translate its name, if there is no such word in English, with such a meaning and subtext?;) there will be time, I will think about icons that are similar in functionality to the structure ... there is no question of subtexts, hidden meanings, and there is no way to convey, and there are not a few of them ....

I really hate to be all Anglo-centric and all, but is there a way to get English-language icons for the various buildings? Or, at least, icons with an image that might help identify it for those of us who don't speak Russian? Please?

FoolInjection , I had problems with this building early... I fixed it earlier, apparently I haven't updated the fixes. Check it out now. But we need to rebuild the building.

I'm not sure which part the building is in but I'm having issues with the rail construction office. When connected to the network it throws a red signal across the whole network and everything just grinds to a halt. Once I disconnected the track everything on the network goes back to normal. Not sure what the cause is. Any ideas?

Т.е людям приходится подводить дорогу для детских садов и школ специально туда, где просто занимает место и не несет никаких функций. Если не трудно, пожалуйста пересмотри коннекты. Потому что я то знаю как поправить это, но большинство людей не моддеры.

Salty, еще насчет дорог у зданий, где они не нужны типа детских садов и школ. Основная проблема не в том, что это плохо выглядит и в целом напрягает перфекционистов.
Основная проблема в том, что если есть дорожный коннект, специальные службы, такие как милиция, скорая, пожарка, техслужбы - не смогут добраться до здания по пешеходным тропинкам.

Это нужно исправить путем добавления точек въезда и выезда. У тебя есть только точки въезда, поэтому они едут по прямой. Пробка на 30 машин из за того что все ждут пока выедет один трактор это неприемлемо для современной республики:steamthis:

Блокировка пути это устаревшая фигня со старых версии. Эта функция сейчас по умолчанию во всех современных модах должна быть

ж\д контора имеет наложенную друг на друга колизию путей!!!При прокладки путей показует два коннекта подключения.При выезде или заезде укладчиков вызывает постоянный сбой в симафорах

derpiestderp :3, the point is that this is the army - they were given one set of equipment... they unfold it-fold it if necessary... According to the idea of the modification - buildings are deployed for very short-term work (deployment of a temporary, remote branch of the camp).
