You'll have to use TConvert, a program which will extract all the sprites from the game.

Sorry to bug you again, how are you getting the 1.4.4 sprites? I couldn't find them on spriters resource

The file names of the NPC spritesheets have to be exactly the same as they are in the "TownNPCs" folder, but they have to put in the "Shimmered" sub-folder instead of the main "TownNPCs" folder or else they'll just replace the normal NPC sprites. Gore sprites, however, have their own file names. You can look at the file structure of this resource pack for some guidance, though here in this comment section isn't really the best place to tell you how to set that sort of thing up.
