Playing a Taurikin (maybe others?) with this mod enabled causes an exception on death:
/animations/playerdeath/arachnedeath.animation
There are unfortunately also some parts of dungeons that are uncompleteable with a wider than default hitbox, though I don't think that would be this mod's fault. Just kind of unfortunate, 'cause I like the idea of this mod. :(
