I found a simple solution. I made it so that for ten bites/headshots, only one Trevor's voice line would play.

I also tried to make the voice line play when killing with a knife, but sometimes several lines played at once.

Yes, I know. This is a huge problem for mods like this. All voice lines replace the sound of a bite or headshot. At the moment, there is one fix that I know of - this is the removal of all replicas, except for those that work during a surprise.

Also when you die to a group of zombies it spams voice lines as well.

These are cool mods. I tried to make one with your code using the USEC voicelines from tarkov. Big issue I had though is the voice lines trigger for any time you hit a zombie with a melee weapon or gun. When you use a shotgun it just spams voice lines and gets annoying quick. I wish I could figure out a way to make it so they only activate with melee attacks and not guns.
