people u must find or spawn a helicopter mag read it then get in the helli if u try before it breaks it.

we found it, the hotwiring didn't work, i reloaded the game, its fucking gone.

No, you have to refuel just like other vehicles

only through the commands. helicopter mod itself is very overpowered, so it is intended

Anyone know if there is a way to control either the helicopter spawns or the magazine spawns?
Or make the helicopter an admin only spawn.
I run a MP server and when the helicopters are used it really runs the memory high and we are trying to control how many helicopters are on the server. Any help is greatly appreciated.

the "heli for dummies" magazine is unspawnable, and nowhere to be found. ive read each comment many times but i dont even know what an admin panel is. can someone help?

@Candy Can you try to find and retrieve the magazine from admin panel? you might mistype item code, or some other mods might conflict with the mod.

W/S to higher/lower altitute
A/D to turn left/right

Arrow keys to move around, upper arrow tilt towards head of your helicopter so you will know what's going on.

You can remove it with admin privilege. you can remove it by turning on a vehicle cheat at admin panel

heli's don't have spawn point right? but it still spawns in some wrecks and still have full health any ways to get rid of that?

@Boy There's currently no spawnpoints of helis, (since flying is simply so strong in Zomboid), you have to be an admin and manually spawn the heli where you want.

@Astrophel It also was on my todo list, however... I tried to find all the possibilities, but with my short knowledge of modding I couldn't found a way to disable collision.
I will keep trying anyway.

there is one small bug. if you try to fly heli without reading book . it sets the heli to burned state but never unsets it so the heli seems to become useless forever after. can't imagine too many mods this would conflict with also

I found a heli too. Had too prepare. Came back and another heli spawned on top of the other. I hit it with a car till it came down. Then hotwired it. But i didnt read the book... dayum...
