where would this be used outside of the box? would you say, not have access to lead to make a laser drill? i'm curious. wouldn't it be faster to just make it yourself anyways? this schematic just seems like a waste.

airblast drill oversupplies, costs 3x the power, and the water extractor is going to make it cost much more. also, the overdrive is a waste
you can put a laser drill on 1 tile of thorium without water and the rtg reactor is still fully supplied for
also, assuming you have phase fabric, you can almost definitely spare like 30 copper and lead for a combustion and skip the solar panels
this should not be popular.
