Man you've got the problem with the mod i think you replaced all animations somehow so it conflicts with other mods, i use dance mod for good items, and sad mod for bad items, don't think it should conflict with the pills. but it is

fiend folio uses their own animations for their characters, but otherwise it should work fine

One of the conclusions from what i can theorize is that fiend folio reheated is messing with it - much like how it effects the deltarune explosion mod.

if it doesn't show then it's because something else is interfering with it, and there isn't much i can do about that. works consistently on my end.
