It's only a temporary thing until the full mod is updated but hopefully it helps for now.
@kalanyr Yes, I used it in the current game.
Did you by any chance not start a new game ? The script that sets the Additional Virtues/ Sins to the default None doctrines only runs on game start, so if you use it in an ongoing game it will fill the slots with the first legal options available (which will be individual Education traits).
As a follow up, you've also like accidentally made right available to Islamic Temporal HoF which isn't compatible with the existing mechanics. You might want to put that limit back in even on the intentionally unlimited ones. Maybe do a quick check over for other things that wouldn't work mechanically without conditions ?
