I think there is with mods, but afaik it's a mod no one really uses anymore

And I make them using a variation of sdss946's method: https://criticalclub.com/post/39636

Although I usually use 35% opacity 'cause it seems to be more accurate to the game's 25

Is there any way around a shine layer or not sadly? How do you make them?

Wasn't planning on it, but it's not like there's any reason not to, either. So probably, whenever I remember to do it
