If Paradox had any imagination, they would've added this to Wards & Wardens.
If the player doesn't want to go through the whole ball every year, or just every time they want more young ladies with traits added, you could give them the option to have all of the crazy happen in the background if the player doesn't have any children debuting at the ball.
