Most of it is static changes to how the game renders.
You can extract and view the lua if you're more interested, however I am not able to post so many changes in such a small chat box ;)

It shouldn't directly conflict with any, however depending on which one is run first, and if they have overlapping changes, the last one run will always have the last say. I would advise that you keep it to just this one, but if you're having success with another in combination... please do tell me! We can at least learn from what is different about theirs.
Try using fpsboost_undo and relogging!
