The G3A3 caused some errors when you fired it. Sometimes It'd crash the game so I guess its taken off and possibly being fixed or reworked.

Regardless, we'll have to wait.

Hands - included in MWB (exept rebecca PM on Cyberpunk 2077 ports)
Map - Nuke Community Edition, Nuke 2077, Coop Strike Autumn map (found in CS:GO workshop);
