The Guide also has the blink frame. NPCs only have one frame for blinking unlike the player which has two so it's easier to miss. They also blink far less often than the player does.

Oh? Alright. The Guide one didn't, and i was looking at her intently to see the design, animations and such. I will be assuming that the more recent ones have Blinking animations for their eyes? Correct me should i be wrong.
