The c_hand models are there, scroll down you will see the smd files there. Pick the citizen ones thos are well rigged, you can use the combine ones aswell.
I don't think that PBR guide will work for people that don't install that dll, and I'd like the model to stay compatible with vanilla Gmod so it works for model auto-mounters like Outfitter and Wardrobe, so I'm gonna pass on that for now.
