The c_hand models are there, scroll down you will see the smd files there. Pick the citizen ones thos are well rigged, you can use the combine ones aswell.

I don't think that PBR guide will work for people that don't install that dll, and I'd like the model to stay compatible with vanilla Gmod so it works for model auto-mounters like Outfitter and Wardrobe, so I'm gonna pass on that for now.

Thats unfortunate. She looks beautiful in the original game with UE4 shaders. Are you gonna tweak the c_hands? I can send you a pre-made c_hands template from the default gmod playermodels, there you can transform the bones.

For the most part, this is how she looks in game minus the higher polygon count and PBR lighting. I scrapped the bandana-less hair for the extra polygons and her pantyhose because I couldn't make them look decent with Source's shaders.
