I have to admit, im curious as to how you managed to get the textures looking correct, I've never been able to get that working when porting from that game

That's because its precached, I edited the model before I fixed path of the textures. So when you load up the game and see the textureless version of the character, it stay like that. There is 2 ways to fix that if you are willing to do so.

I need to make another model by just changing the modelname & re upload it to workshop to this page.

or you can go to GarrysMod\garrysmod\materials\spawnicons\models\arknights\flametail and delete the last one named "flametail_prop1.png" so It will create another one after you launch the game again and good to go.

also, just a minor complain but the character select icon shows a texture-less version

It should work normal now, if you still have problems, try to resubscribing to addon.

Because textures are uncompressed and high detailed. These will be reduced once I fix this model completely. Thanks for pointing it.
