@Jman The stats can be changed. For now for balance sake I just copied the Spear RoR statline but with better armor and slightly more cost.
As it is, if I have any complaints, it's that the unit doesn't really have too much to differentiate it from regular spearmen. A couple of bonuses in stats, but that's it. If it's possible, may I suggest giving them an armor-piercing bonus on top of their bonus against large, and potentially an immunity to psychology?
Both of those bonuses make them feel a little more like a proper Regiment Of Renown, and it also is accurate to their lore. Surviving the Lustrian jungles, the Lizardmen, the Vampire Coast, and fighting on a dozen different battlefields against a dozen different enemies, would certainly harden anyone's nerves against fear.
I hope you will make a collaboration with CATAPH the modder who is making the TEB factions.
